Suggestion 1: States to report on actions taken directly and through competent international organisations

 

 

States Parties cooperate, directly, through competent international organizations and pursuant to this agreement, to report annually to the decision making body on actions taken with respect to the development and application of area-based management measures relevant to the conservation and sustainable use of marine biodiversity and its components in ABNJ.

 

Reports include responses to any decisions or recommendations of the decision making body.
